Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Yuvavi POS ("Service") at https://pos.yuvavi.ai, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Yuvavi POS provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform including point of sale, inventory, kitchen display, customer relationship management, optional Social CRM (Facebook Page and Instagram Business publishing, analytics, and comment management), and related tools.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must not share your account credentials
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities under your account and agree to comply with applicable laws.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer subscription plans with different features; details may change with notice.
4.2 Payment Terms
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate laws or third-party rights
- Transmit malware or attempt unauthorized access
- Spam, harass, or disrupt the Service
- Use Meta features in violation of Meta Platform Terms or Community Standards
6. Third-Party Platforms (Meta / Facebook / Instagram)
Optional Social features use Meta technologies. By connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, you authorize us to access Platform Data as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 2.3). Connect only accounts you are authorized to manage.
You may disconnect anytime under Social → Connected accounts. Meta's own terms apply to your use of Facebook and Instagram.
7. Data, Privacy, and Deletion
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. The same data deletion instructions apply under these Terms:
Step 1 — Disconnect Facebook / Instagram
- Sign in at https://pos.yuvavi.ai
- Open Social → Connected accounts
- Choose each Facebook or Instagram channel and click Disconnect
This revokes our access tokens and stops new collection from Meta.
Step 2 — Remove app in Meta (optional)
Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Yuvavi POS. If Meta shows a data-deletion option for the app, submit it; we will process it per this policy.
Step 3 — Request deletion of your Yuvavi POS account
- Email privacy@yuvavi.com (or support@yuvavi.com)
- Subject: Data deletion request — Yuvavi POS
- Include business name, registered phone/email, and scope (Meta only vs full account)
We confirm receipt and complete verified requests within 90 days, unless law requires otherwise.
What we delete
- Account and restaurant profile data you provided
- OAuth tokens and social channel connections
- Cached posts, comments, and analytics from Meta and other platforms
- Tenant CRM/order data as applicable to your request
Minimal records may be kept where required for legal, tax, or security obligations.

8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are owned by Yuvavi POS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input; you grant us a limited license to use it to provide the Service.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may cause temporary downtime.
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion per Section 7 (email legal@yuvavi.com).
10.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUVAVI POS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Yuvavi POS against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
